  • Cinnamon - ½ pieces
  • Lemon - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 7 cloves
  • Milk - 19 fl oz
  • Sage - 0.7 oz
  • Mashed Potatoes - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour the milk into the mold.

Cover the dish with a piece of parchment paper moistened with water. Place it in a preheated oven at 374°F for 1 to 1.5 hours.

It's best to serve this chicken with mashed potatoes or brown rice.

Rub the chicken with half of the vegetable oil, and season it inside and out with salt and pepper.
