Ingredients
- Morels - 10.6 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 21.2 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 0 oz
- Curry - a pinch
- Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Wash the chicken breast, dry it, cut it into pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Simmer in 1 cup of water for 5–7 minutes after it boils. Transfer to a baking dish.

Wash and coarsely chop the mushrooms. Slice the onion into half-rings. Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop finely. Grate the carrot.

Sauté the onion, mushrooms, and carrot in a dry skillet without oil. Add the broth, season with salt and pepper, and allow the liquid to reduce by about a third.

When the sauce is almost ready, add the garlic.

Pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken, cover the dish with a lid or wrap it in foil, and place it in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes. Then remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes to achieve a golden crust.
