Ingredients
- Oranges - 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Chopped almonds - 2.5 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mustard Greens - 5 teaspoons
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Rub the fillet with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grate the zest from 1 orange using a fine grater.
Step 3
Juice the orange and 1/2 lemon, mix the juice with 3 teaspoons of mustard and 1 tablespoon of honey, pour over the chicken, and place it in a cool place for 1 hour.
Step 4
Mix the walnuts with the orange zest, coat the chicken pieces in the mixture, and fry them first over high heat, then reduce the heat and add the chicken marinade, simmer for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
For the sauce: Whisk 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil with the juice of 1 orange, half a lemon, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 2 teaspoons of mustard, season with salt and pepper to taste. The sauce can be served separately or poured over the cooked chicken.
