Ingredients
- Courgette - 4 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 8 pieces
- Baking Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200–410°F.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken breast into strips.
Step 3
Wash the zucchini, peel, and cut into julienne strips.
Step 4
Then, peel the garlic clove and finely chop it.
Step 5
Wash the lemon and chop it finely.
Step 6
Sauté the peeled tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, and lemon over high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Remove from heat. Then prepare rectangular sheets of parchment paper, place the chicken and sautéed vegetables inside, and wrap them up.
Step 8
Place in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes.
