Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 7 pieces
  • Poultry - 10.6 oz
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Mayonnaise - to taste
  • Garlic - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
  • Pickled Chanterelles - 8.8 oz
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut chicken legs, thighs, or wings into small pieces or separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces.

Step 2

Heat a little oil in a skillet and fry the pieces of chicken. Step 3. Separately, fry the chopped onion in the skillet. Step 4. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Combine the potatoes with the grated carrots and add salt.

Step 3

Separately, fry the champignon mushrooms in a skillet.

Step 4

In a ceramic pot, layer the ingredients: fried onions, fried meat, a layer of potatoes with carrots, a layer of meat, a layer of potatoes, and a layer of mushrooms, topping with herbs. Salt and pepper each layer slightly.

Step 5

Drizzle the top with the remaining oil from the skillet where the chicken was fried, add mayonnaise, squeeze in the garlic, and place a piece of butter on top.

Step 6

Pour in water almost to the top, cover with a lid, and place in the oven. Stew for 1 hour.

Step 7

Serve directly in the pots.
