Description
Dried porcini mushrooms should be soaked in water for about three hours.
Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 2.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 3 pieces
- Sour Cream - 17.6 oz
- Dried Chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz
- Poultry - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken (or drumsticks) into portions. It is better to remove the skin and not boil it. Place the portioned pieces in a large saucepan, pour in the sour cream and water, bring to a boil, and then pour out a glass of liquid.
Step 2
After that, add the soaked mushrooms and the water in which they were soaked. Simmer the meat over low heat until cooked through.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a separate pan until soft in butter. Gradually mix 2 tablespoons of flour with cooled water and sour cream (the one we set aside at the beginning of cooking), stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Step 4
When the chicken is ready, add the onion and the flour thickener, stir, and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
