Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 35.3 oz
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Mustard Greens - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pound and arrange the chicken fillets on a baking tray. If the pieces are thick, it's better to cut them so that they are thin. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them on top of the chicken.
Step 3
Mix sour cream (I use 10% fat sour cream) and mustard to taste, then pour the resulting sauce over the chicken and tomatoes.
Step 4
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 392°F and place the baking tray with the chicken inside for about 15 minutes. Then, reduce the temperature to 248°F and continue baking for another 25 to 35 minutes. However, this always varies based on your oven and cooking experience.
Step 6
You can serve anything as a side dish; the last time I served it with sautéed zucchini, and it turned out very light and not heavy.
