Ingredients

  • Malt Vinegar - 1 fl oz
  • Poultry - 2 lbs
  • Beer - 3 fl oz
  • Clarified Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 3 fl oz
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the prepared chicken, dry it, and cut it into small pieces, placing them in a pot. Pour in the beer and vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste, bay leaves, and chopped garlic.

Step 2

Cover the pot and simmer on low heat until the meat is tender and the liquid has evaporated.

Step 3

Heat the butter in a skillet and fry the pieces of meat. Serve with soy sauce.
