- Poultry - 2 lbs
- Soy Sauce - 4 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Corn Starch - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, cornstarch dissolved in 50 ml of cold water, grated ginger, and garlic.

Stirring, bring to a boil; the sauce should not thicken.
Step 3
Grease a baking sheet with oil.
Step 4
Place the chicken fillet, previously cut into medium-sized pieces. (You can use wings or thighs instead of chicken fillet)
Step 5
Generously pour the sauce over and place everything in a preheated oven at 428°F for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Stir every 5–7 minutes to ensure the meat absorbs the sauce well.
