- Passata Tomato Sauce - 10 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar - 7 teaspoons
- Worcestershire Sauce - 5 tablespoons
- Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
- Brown Sugar - 8 teaspoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 1 head
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 28.2 oz
- TABASCO® - 3 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the sauce: mix tomato paste, olive oil (4 tablespoons), soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce (can be replaced with chili pepper), sugar, and starch. Add water if desired.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast, mushrooms, and bell pepper into small pieces. Place the broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes and separate into florets. Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
In a large heavy-bottomed skillet (a wok works well too), heat the remaining olive oil. Lightly sauté the chicken breast and mushrooms (drain any excess water), then add the bell pepper, broccoli, and garlic, and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 4
Pour the prepared sauce over everything and simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with boiled rice.
