Chicken Julienne in Buns

Ingredients

  • Champignons - 8.8 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Sour Cream - 2 spoons
  • Round Bun - 4 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the fillet into small cubes and sauté in vegetable oil until cooked through.

Step 2

Slice the onion into thin half-rings and sauté in vegetable oil until translucent. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly, then add them to the onions. Cook until the liquid evaporates.

Step 3

Add the sautéed fillet, salt, pepper, flour, and sour cream. Mix well. Cook over low heat until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Step 4

Carefully cut off the tops of the buns and remove the insides, leaving the walls not too thick.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 356°F, fill the buns with warm julienne, and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Step 6

Keep in the oven until the cheese melts.
