Description
I use store-bought dough.
Ingredients
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 24.7 oz
- Chicken Drumstick - 6 pieces
- Onion - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Clean the mushrooms and chop them finely.
Step 4
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms and cook until all the liquid evaporates (about 15 minutes).
Step 6
Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil until cooked through (about 25–30 minutes). Let cool.
Step 7
Add butter to the potatoes and mash them.
Step 8
Add milk, season with salt to taste, and mix.
Step 9
Combine the mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Let cool.
Step 10
Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick, cut out a rectangle, and save the scraps.
Step 11
Cut squares of 15x15 cm.
Step 12
Make a small patty from the scraps and place it in the center of the square (this is to prevent the bottom from tearing).
Step 13
Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling in the center.
Step 14
Put a drumstick on top of the filling.
Step 15
Gather the edges of the dough and tie with string (don’t tie too tightly).
Step 16
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Place the pouches on it.
Step 17
You can wrap the bones in foil to prevent them from burning. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F. Bake until golden brown (about 15–20 minutes).
Step 18
Don’t forget to remove the string from the finished pouches.
