Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar - ½ tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Bacon - 3.5 oz
  • Chicken Liver - 8.8 oz
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Mixed salad greens - 10.6 oz
  • Dill - ½ bunch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Step 2

Fry the chopped bacon in olive oil with dill and blot with a paper towel.

Step 3

Add butter to the oil left from frying the bacon and quickly sauté the chicken liver.

Step 4

Wash and dry the salad leaves, mix them with avocado slices, and dress with the sauce. Top with the liver and sprinkle with bacon.
