Ingredients
- Ground meat - 3.5 oz
- Chicken Liver - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Butter - to taste
- Hamburger Bun - 4 pieces
- Pickles - to taste
- Arugula - to taste
- Tomatoes - to taste
- Ketchup - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the onion and garlic, and chop them in a blender.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken liver and pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Combine the liver mixture with ground chicken, flour, and the onion mixture.
Step 4
Add salt, pepper, and mix well.
Step 5
Form four patties and fry them in a pan with heated butter for 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 6
Slice the pickles and tomatoes thinly, and rinse the arugula.
Step 7
Assemble the burger: on one half of the bun, place a leaf of arugula, slices of pickles and tomatoes, and top with the hot liver patty.
Step 8
Drizzle with ketchup, cover with greens, and place the other half of the bun on top.
