  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Brandy - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the butter in a skillet with sugar, stirring until golden brown.

Step 2

Add the apples, sliced into strips, and heat while stirring for about 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add the chicken liver and start frying, stirring.

Step 4

After 2 minutes, add the brandy and flambé.

Step 5

After flambéing, continue frying for another 3–4 minutes.

Step 6

Season with salt and pepper.
