  • Safflower Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the onion and liver in a deep skillet for 3–7 minutes.

Step 2

Pour in 2 cups of water, add salt, and season to taste. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes (until cooked).

Step 3

2–3 minutes before it's done, add the sour cream to the skillet. Stir well. Cook for another 3 minutes.
