Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Thyme - 4 pieces
- Sherry - 1 fl oz
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Eel - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil, add the liver and thyme, and cook for another three minutes. Add the sherry and simmer for one more minute.
Step 2
Then add the cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a couple more minutes. Serve, garnished with fresh thyme leaves and chopped lettuce.
