Description
Chicken liver is a delicate and temperamental ingredient that requires some skill to handle. The main issue with liver is its bitter taste. To eliminate this bitterness, pour boiling water over it before cooking, or even better, soak it in milk for a couple of hours.

- Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the sinews from the meat.
Step 2
Peel the onion and chop it coarsely.
Step 3
Blend the liver, onion, egg, and flour in a blender.
Step 4
Preheat a medium-thick skillet and wipe it with oil. You can use an oiled paper towel or half of a peeled raw potato, also coated in oil, held with a fork. Use just a little oil to ensure the pancakes turn out tender.
Step 5
Sauté on both sides for about 1 minute — this will make them super tender.
Step 6
Serve with sour cream or natural yogurt.
