Chicken Liver Pizza
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Liver - 10.6 oz
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough with flour, yeast, salt, and warm milk, add vegetable oil, and knead again. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet.
Step 2
Cut the liver into small pieces and the onion into rings, mix, and add half of the olives. Spread over the dough.
Step 3
Peel the tomatoes and mash them into a puree, season with salt and pepper to taste, and spread the tomato puree over the liver. Top with mayonnaise and garnish with the remaining olives.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200–428°F. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 20–30 minutes. Serve the finished pizza immediately.
