Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Irish Whiskey - 1 fl oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Green Butter - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken liver and sauté it in butter until semi-cooked. Add whiskey, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and half of the raspberries. Simmer covered until fully cooked.
Step 2
Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves. Place the liver along with the sauce on the leaves. Garnish with raspberries.
