Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 4 pieces
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Prosciutto - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Parsley - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth - 7 fl oz
- Muscat Wine - 2 fl oz
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken liver and prosciutto. In a pot, melt the butter, add the liver and ham, chopped onion, and chopped parsley, and sauté lightly. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture darkens.
Step 2
Add the broth and Marsala, nutmeg, and salt. Mix thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
