Ingredients
- Chicken Liver - 17.6 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3 pieces
- Potato - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half-rings.
Step 2
Remove seeds and membranes from the peppers and cut them into strips.
Step 3
Peel and chop the garlic.
Step 4
Rinse the liver and remove any veins.
Step 5
Cut each piece into three parts.
Step 6
Slice the tomato into wedges.
Step 7
In a skillet, sauté the onion in butter for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add the chopped liver to the onion and fry for 2 minutes, turning once.
Step 9
Add the sliced tomato.
Step 10
Season with salt and spices, and fry for another 2 minutes.
Step 11
Add the bell peppers.
Step 12
Cook everything together, stirring, for another 5–7 minutes until the peppers are soft.
Step 13
Sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley, and remove from heat.
Step 14
Serve the dish warm.
