- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Red Grape Juice - 10 fl oz
- Thyme - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the broccoli in salted water until tender and drain.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken liver, season with salt and pepper, and coat in flour. Sauté on both sides in butter.
Step 3
In the remaining butter, sauté the chopped onion, then simmer with red wine. Finally, add the remaining butter, salt, pepper, and thyme.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and liver to the sauce and cover for 5 minutes.
