- Honey - 2 spoons
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour wine over the liver and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin half-rings and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add honey to the onions, stir, and cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Season the liver with spices and sauté in a well-heated skillet for 7-10 minutes. Transfer the liver to a platter, top with onions, and serve.
