- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds. Boil in salted water.

Rinse the liver and chop it finely.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic, lightly sauté, and then add the liver. Season with salt and pepper and fry. Then add the wine, sage, and cook for another 5 minutes.
