Ingredients

  • Lemon - 2 pieces
  • Poultry - 2 lbs
  • Mild Chili Spice - 2 pieces
  • Sage - 10 leaves
  • Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Rice - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the chicken by cutting it and marinating it. For the marinade, mix lemon juice with sage, oil, salt, pepper, and chopped chili. Let it sit for 2 to 3 hours.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Step 3

Place the chicken in a baking dish, pour the marinade over it, and bake for about 1.5 hours.

Step 4

Serve the chicken with rice.
