Chicken Meatballs with Mushrooms in Cream
Ingredients
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 10.6 oz
- Cream 22% - 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add salt to the ground chicken to taste.
Step 2
Add pepper.
Step 3
Add ground dried garlic. Mix the meat thoroughly.
Step 4
Form meatballs the size of a walnut and lightly fry them in vegetable oil on both sides.
Step 5
Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
Step 6
Chop the champignon mushrooms into small cubes and place them in a skillet.
Step 7
Sauté together with finely chopped onion until soft.
Step 8
Layer the mushrooms on top of the meatballs.
Step 9
Pour in one cup of cream. The richer the cream, the better.
Step 10
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 356°F.
Step 11
Serve with finely chopped parsley.
