Description
This is a versatile dish when you need to quickly and heartily feed a large group of people. The meatballs can be made from any ground meat. The mix of frozen vegetables can also be any, to your liking. If during the cooking process you find that not enough moisture has been released from the ingredients, you can add hot water to the baking dish, a little, about a cup. Also, a few minutes before it's done, you can sprinkle the dish with grated cheese or decorate the finished dish with finely chopped herbs. If you feel that the side dish is insufficient, you can increase the amount of vegetables as much as your baking dish allows. For example, instead of two packages of vegetables, you can take four or six. The cooking time also depends on your oven, so it's best to always check the meat for doneness; this can be easily done with a fork or knife by piercing it and looking at the juices that flow from the meatball — if they are clear, it’s ready. Enjoy your meal!
