Chicken Mince Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

  • Egg white - 1 piece
  • Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • Dill - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Scallions - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Make mince from the chicken fillet, then add the egg, garlic, and onion. Blend with a blender.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 2 parts. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon the dough onto the paper and shape it into a circle. Bake in the oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Make a paste from 2 tomatoes (blend with a blender). After 15 minutes, take out the base, spread this paste on it (if it's not enough for the second pizza, you can use another tomato... mine were just very large) and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Slice the remaining tomato into rounds... place them on top of our pizza, sprinkle with herbs, and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Step 5

Do the same with the other part of our dough. Idea: next time I make it, I will add mushrooms) I think it will taste better)) otherwise, it's very sad, just tomatoes... and I'm not really a fan of tomatoes when they are fried or baked.
