Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs - 2 lbs
- Matsoni - 3 fl oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Svan Salt - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.2 oz
- Vegetables - to taste
- Armenian Lavash - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the cartilage, skin, and excess fat from the chicken thighs.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade. In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, salt, Svan salt, pepper, and matsoni.
Step 3
Place the chicken thighs in the marinade.
Step 4
Mix well.
Step 5
Leave for 40–50 minutes.
Step 6
Preheat the wood in the grill, preferably using fruitwood. If that's not available, regular birch charcoal will work as well.
Step 7
Place the thighs on the grill and cook on both sides until done.
Step 8
Place the cooked kebabs on lavash leaves.
Step 9
Serve with fresh vegetables.
