Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 17.6 oz
- Corn Nacho Chips - 3.2 oz
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into 10–12 approximately equal pieces.
Step 2
Drizzle the chicken pieces with soy sauce, mix, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. After the meat is marinated, dip each piece into the beaten egg.
Step 3
Then transfer to a container with potato chips. The chips should be broken into pieces no larger than 1x1 cm. Close the container with a lid and shake well so that the pieces of meat are coated with the chip crumb on all sides.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with oil and arrange the chicken nuggets on it. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve the finished nuggets with your favorite sauce.
