Ingredients
- Chicken gizzards - 10.6 oz
- Chicken hearts - 10.6 oz
- Chicken Liver - 10.6 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Sugar - to taste
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - to taste
- Rosemary - to taste
- Mint - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken offal, clean it, dry it, and cut it into evenly sized pieces.
Step 2
Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
Step 3
Chop the pepper and garlic.
Step 4
In a hot pan, sauté the gizzards in oil, add water (1 cup), and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Add the sautéed hearts, pepper, garlic, and stir for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Add the onion, a little sugar, cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper, rosemary, and mint. After 2 minutes, add the liver and bacon, quickly sauté, cover with a lid, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
