Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 12.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- 3.2% Milk - 3 fl oz
- Sour Cream - 4.2 oz
- Semolina - 0.7 oz
- Poultry - ½ teaspoon
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder.
Step 3
Add milk, salt, spices, and mix well.
Step 4
Crack in 2 eggs and mix.
Step 5
Add semolina, mix, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 7
Wash and finely chop the champignon mushrooms.
Step 8
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until cooked, then transfer to a bowl.

In the same pan, sauté the mushrooms and add them to the onion.

In the bowl with the onion and mushrooms, add sour cream, mayonnaise, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper, then mix. The filling is ready.

Wash the pan, add oil, add the chicken batter, spread it out, and cook the pancake on medium heat on both sides. Repeat for all pancakes.

Serve with mushroom filling.
