Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Soy Sauce - ¼ cup
- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Potato protein - 4 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Red Curry Powder - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes (the smaller, the better). Add finely chopped onion (1 or 2 heads), crush the garlic, and add curry powder. Pour in the soy sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the starch to the chicken fillet and mix thoroughly. Add the beaten eggs. The mixture should have a consistency similar to pancake batter.
Step 3
Fry in vegetable oil for 2–4 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream. You can also mix the sour cream with mustard for a rather spicy sauce.
