Chicken Patties with Napa Cabbage
Ingredients
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Napa Cabbage - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1.8 oz
- Water - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the cabbage well.
Step 2
Cut into small pieces, place in a blender, and chop.
Step 3
Transfer the chopped Napa cabbage to a deep bowl.
Step 4
Add the ground chicken and crack in the egg.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric and mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Add the flour and mix again.
Step 8
Shape into patties and fry in a hot oiled skillet for 1 minute on each side. Transfer to a heatproof dish.

Chop the onion.

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.

In the same skillet, sauté the vegetables.

Add the tomato paste.

Pour in the water, add the sour cream, and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sautéed mixture over the patties and place in a preheated oven at 392°F for 40 minutes.
