Ingredients
- Pancakes - 6 pieces
- Morels - 17.6 oz
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into small pieces and sauté with onion until partially cooked, add half of the sour cream, salt, pepper, and simmer.
Step 2
Sauté the mushrooms with onion (season the mushrooms with salt and pepper 2–3 minutes after cooking starts). Cook until the liquid evaporates. Add sour cream and simmer.
Step 3
Prepare the pancakes using any known method.
Step 4
Thaw the pastry. It rolls out well and is easier to work with if not completely thawed, but still firm enough to roll out.
Step 5
Roll out the pastry and place it in a round greased baking dish so that the edges hang over. Place the first pancake and add the chicken filling, cover with another pancake and add the mushroom filling + pancake + chicken filling + pancake + mushroom filling + pancake + chicken filling + pancake and cover with pastry on top. Seal the edges.
Step 6
Make a hole on top. Decorate with pastry, brush with egg, and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. When the crust is golden brown, the pie is ready.
