Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Oranges - 4 pieces
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon - a pinch
- Lime - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash and cut the fillet into pieces.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and half a lime, you can add some pulp. Add crushed garlic, finely chopped chili, spices, and soy sauce (the amount of sauce depends on the flavor you want to achieve: if you want it saltier, add more, but if you just want to accentuate the citrus aroma, a couple of tablespoons will suffice).
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the chicken and let it marinate (I left it overnight in the refrigerator).
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 374°F and bake the dish for 1.5 to 2 hours.
