Ingredients
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Safflower Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into two halves. Make a slit in the middle of each piece (it is very important that there are no through holes), and rub salt inside.
Step 2
Cut the pineapple into small pieces, chop the sweet red bell pepper into the same size squares, add sunflower oil and salt.
Step 3
Stuff the prepared mixture into the pockets, place the breast in a special dish or in a skillet, having previously removed the handle.
Step 4
Spread mayonnaise on the sides of the pockets to keep them juicy. Then place everything in the oven for about 35 minutes at 356°F.
