Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes - 35.3 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 24.7 oz
  • Onion - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Tomatoes - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onion. Cut the pepper into strips. Tenderize the chicken steak, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with oil.

Step 2

Place the vegetables and spread tomato sauce on top. Roll into a roll-up. Grease the baking sheet with oil. Arrange the chicken roll-ups on the baking sheet.

Step 3

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Place the potatoes on the baking sheet. Top with the remaining vegetables. Drizzle with oil. Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 40–50 minutes.
