- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Morels - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast in half. Make a cut in each half, unfold, pound, season with salt and pepper. Slice the mushrooms into strips, lightly sauté them, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place this filling on the fillet, roll it up, secure with skewers or toothpicks, and dip in the beaten egg. Fry the rolls on 3, preferably 4 sides.

Cook the rice until done.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil, layer the rice, place the roll-ups on top, and bake for about 10 minutes until a nice golden crust forms. Serve with green peas.
