Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Bacon - to taste
- Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Ground clove - 2 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 7 pieces
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide

Pound the chicken breast.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into sticks about 1 cm thick.
Step 3
Place a stick of cheese on the chicken breast and roll it up.
Step 4
Take three strips of bacon, lay them so that one slightly overlaps the other, and wrap the roll in these strips. Place tightly in a baking dish.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce. Crush the cloves and peppercorns in a mortar, add ketchup and soy sauce, and mix everything well.
Step 6
Generously coat the rolls with this sauce and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 392°F. No need to add salt, as the bacon and cheese are quite salty. There is also no need to grease the dish: the bacon will provide enough fat.
