- Long-Grain Rice - ½ cup
- Chickpea - ½ cup
- Potato - 1 piece
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Hard Cheese - 1.1 oz
- Saffron - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook the chickpeas. Cook the rice. Dice the zucchini and tomato.
Step 2
Sauté the chickpeas, rice, zucchini, and tomato in a pan for 5 minutes. Season with saffron.
Step 3
Tenderize the fillet. Season with salt and pepper. Place cheese on top. Then add a little of the sautéed filling and roll it up. Secure with toothpicks.
Step 4
Heat a pan. Fry the roll until golden brown in olive oil.
Step 5
Serve the remaining filling alongside the roll.
