Chicken Rolls in Bacon with Cheese
Ingredients
- Cheshire Cheese - 4 slices
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 12 slices
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 4 pieces
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, set aside.
Step 2
Place each chicken thigh between two layers of plastic wrap and gently roll out with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Remove the plastic wrap and place the chicken on a cutting board.
Step 4
Place a slice of cheese in the center of each piece of chicken and roll it up so the cheese is inside.
Step 5
Lay 3 slices of bacon on a work surface so that their edges overlap, and wrap the chicken roll in them.
Step 6
Repeat with the remaining rolls.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 180˚C (350˚F).
Step 8
Place the rolls on baking paper.
Step 9
Brush with the prepared sauce and bake for 25 minutes.
