Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Puff Pastry - 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Bacon - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the bacon pieces, drain them on paper towels, and cut into cubes.
Step 2
Chop the green onions and finely chop the parsley, mix them together, season with pepper, add cream cheese (I used "Parisian Cow"), a little garlic, and pieces of bacon, then mix everything well once more.
Step 3
Make a deep cut in each chicken breast and stuff them with the prepared mixture.
Step 4
Take the sheets of puff pastry, place a stuffed chicken fillet in each one, and wrap them up, brushing the edges of the pastry with egg to seal. After wrapping the fillets, brush all the seams with egg once more.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 392°F for 30–35 minutes.
