Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Milk - ½ cup
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Ground meat - 2 cups
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 1.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the puff pastry by mixing flour, butter, milk, sugar, and 2 eggs. Divide it into 2 parts and roll out into thin sheets. Overlap them lengthwise and roll into a rectangle. Spread mayonnaise mixed with chopped herbs over each rectangle.
Step 2
Chop the green onions and mix with the ground chicken, add sour cream, cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Place the mixture on the dough and roll into tubes.
Step 3
Place the tubes seam side down in a parchment-lined dish. Brush them with the yolk, previously beaten with water.
Step 4
Bake for 7 minutes at medium power.
