Ingredients
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 24.7 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 10.6 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Coriander essential oil - 0.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken thighs well, dry with a paper towel, remove excess fat, and lightly pound them.
Step 2
Place the soft cheese in a small bowl.
Step 3
Press 2 cloves of garlic through a garlic press.
Step 4
Add 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise to the cheese.
Step 5
Pour the coriander seeds into a mortar and crush them to release their aroma.
Step 6
Add the crushed coriander to the cheese mixture and mix everything until smooth.
Step 7
Season the fillet with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon the cheese mixture onto the edge of the thigh.

Roll the fillet into a roll.
