Ingredients
- Parsley - to taste
- Chicken fillet - 14.1 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Curry - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Cauliflower - 5.3 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Broccoli - 5.3 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Dried Chamomile - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet and grease it with oil using a napkin, sauté the oyster mushrooms and onion, chopped into small cubes. Add salt, pepper, and curry, mix everything and let it cool, then add parsley leaves.
Step 2
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise and shape it into a leaf. Place the filling at the edge and roll it up tightly, then wrap it in plastic wrap. Pour water into the steamer, and when it boils, place the rolls to steam for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Break the cauliflower and broccoli into large florets, slice the zucchini into rounds, and cut the carrot into thin slices. Once the rolls are ready, add the vegetables to the steamer for no more than 4–5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the wrap from the rolls, slice them into several medallions, and serve with the vegetables. The finished dish can be drizzled with the juice left from cooking the rolls.
