Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick - 2 pieces
- Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Pitted olives - 1 can
- Sunflower Seeds - 1.8 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Chips - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, boil the chicken drumsticks, then sauté the mushrooms with onions and boil the eggs.
Step 2
Next, we start layering the salad. We mix the chicken thighs with mayonnaise and spread the first layer of the salad.
Step 3
The second layer is mushrooms with onions (spread with mayonnaise). Next, add grated eggs. And again, mayonnaise.
Step 4
The next layer is cheese, grated on a fine grater. Do not spread mayonnaise on this layer. Cut the olives into quarters and arrange them on top of the cheese.
Step 5
Before serving the salad, garnish the edges with chips and sprinkle crushed sunflower seeds in the center.
