Description

You can either layer the salad or simply mix all the ingredients together. But you can also get creative by decorating the dish aesthetically; the simplest option is to use some greens. The taste of the salad is amazing! Don't doubt the combination of fruits, chicken, and nuts. Once you try it, you won't be able to help but fall in love with it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - ½ piece
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Pitted Wild Apricots - 2.5 oz
  • Peeled chestnuts - 1.8 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Mayonnaise - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the chicken. You can simply boil it and let it cool, or cut it into small pieces and fry it with curry seasoning. Place the cooled, finely chopped chicken in a square shape (any shape will do) and spread mayonnaise on top.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, scald it with boiling water, drain the water, let it cool, and place it as the next layer on the chicken, spreading mayonnaise on it.

Step 3

It's better to peel the apple, then cut it into sticks and layer it on top of the onion. Don't forget the mayonnaise.

Step 4

Peel the boiled eggs and chop them finely, or use an egg slicer. This is the next layer.

Step 5

If the prunes are soft and pliable, chop them finely; if they are too dry, soak them beforehand. Don't forget to spread mayonnaise on the prune layer.

Step 6

Cover the salad with grated cheese on top, and do not use mayonnaise here.

Step 7

Grate the walnuts, and the salad is ready. However, to make it taste amazing, let it soak.
