  • Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
  • Mixed salad greens - 5.3 oz
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 1 fl oz
  • Green Asparagus - 14.1 oz
  • Wine Vinegar - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Honey - 1.8 oz
  • Grainy Mustard - 1.4 oz
  • Egg Yolk - 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rub the chicken fillet with salt and pepper, fry in olive oil until cooked through, and slice.

Step 2

Snap off the thick bottom part of the asparagus and discard it, then blanch the tips in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Thoroughly rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them.

Step 4

Cut the cooked asparagus into small pieces and mix with the salad.

Step 5

Arrange the chicken slices on a plate, place the salad with asparagus next to it, and drizzle everything with the dressing.

Step 6
