- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Mixed salad greens - 5.3 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1 fl oz
- Green Asparagus - 14.1 oz
- Wine Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Honey - 1.8 oz
- Grainy Mustard - 1.4 oz
- Egg Yolk - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the chicken fillet with salt and pepper, fry in olive oil until cooked through, and slice.
Step 2
Snap off the thick bottom part of the asparagus and discard it, then blanch the tips in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

Thoroughly rinse the mixed salad greens and dry them.
